WORKOUTS

the Stak Fit home screen is where you can find all your workouts (we like to use “staks” interchangeably with workouts)

trainer is where you will find workouts designed by us to target specific areas of your body

random allows you to randomly generate a workout from our extensive free library

custom provides you with the ability to create your own workouts using any exercise we offer

if you’re struggling to complete any of these workouts, don’t give up or feel disheartened. Rome wasn’t built in a day! increase your rest periods between exercises and circuits or decrease the number of reps you’re doing, and go again. alternatively, if you feel a workout is too easy, try increasing the length of your exercises.

  • finally, press generate random stak to create your workout and preview it in the workout summary

  • your workout is still customisable after it has been created (see workout summary section below)

STAK PACKS

at Stak Fit, we believe the key to staying motivated is variety. varying your workouts by targeting different areas, using alternative exercise styles and mixing up equipment will help avoid the common plateaus seen in results and subsequently, interest. the best way to achieve this is by not allowing your body to get accustomed to routine. at Stak Fit our main library of bodyweight exercises and workouts are totally free. we supplement these with affordable one-off purchases of packs of exercises and workouts focused on different styles and equipment, for you to choose the right fitness journey for you.
